Privacy Policy

Preamble

The use of the website www.leadiful.io (hereinafter referred to as "Leadiful" or the "Site") implies the full and complete acceptance of the present privacy policy of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") by the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or the "Users"). The term "Use" refers to any consultation, search or download of elements of the Site. The terms "Touch Media", "Publisher", or "We" are used to refer to Touch Media S.A, its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Updates

Touch Media reserves the right to modify and update the Site and the Privacy Policy at any time. Each modification of the Privacy Policy will be subject to a dated and referenced version. The new version will be available for consultation on the Site. In this case, the date of last update indicated on the Site will be modified. Any modification shall take effect immediately upon its publication on the Site. If the User continues to use the Site once the modifications have been published, this implies acceptance of these modifications. Pricing

Access to the Site is free of charge, excluding the cost of Internet access providers and telephone communications, which are billed directly by telephone operators.

Touch Media cannot be held responsible for them. They may be modified or updated by Touch Media without notice.

The website visitor uses the Site under his sole and entire responsibility. The User is deemed to have accepted the legal notice of the Site and this Privacy Policy simply by consulting the Site. The User fully assumes the risks related in particular to the importance and the credit that he/she grants to the Information. Touch Media disclaims any liability, express or implied, if the Use of this Information would infringe any patent, copyright or trademark. Touch Media expressly disclaims any representation that the contents of the Site are an offer to buy or an inducement to buy stock or other securities of Touch Media, its affiliates and direct or indirect holdings.

No warranty, express or implied, is given as to the merchantability of the Information provided, or as to its fitness for a particular purpose, or as to the services referred to in such Information. Touch Media makes no commitment to update or correct the Information provided on the Site.

With respect to the simulations that may, or could, be made on the Site, Touch Media reminds Users that they have no legal value. These simulations are made from the information that Users have entered in the modules concerned, and are provided for information purposes only.

Touch Media does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption and that the servers providing access to it and/or the third party sites for which hyperlinks appear are free of viruses. In addition, Touch Media shall not be liable for any loss of data or damage to User's data.

Cookies

Users are informed that during their visits to the Site, a navigation tracking mechanism may be implemented. They have a right to access, withdraw and modify personal data communicated through tracking techniques. Their visit to Touch Media's "www.leadiful.io" site results in the creation of a session cookie (hereinafter "Cookie(s)") which records information relating to the browsing of their computers on the Site (pages consulted, date and time of consultation, etc.), which Touch Media may read during subsequent visits by users.

Throughout the visit to the Site, the pages viewed by the User result in the creation of a session Cookie that is downloaded by the User's computer. Touch Media is the owner of all domain names related to Leadiful. The Site as a whole, as well as the elements that make it up, constitute intellectual works protected by the laws in force, particularly in terms of intellectual property. All data, including text, tree structure, software, animations, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, graphics, logos, sounds, images, information and databases, if any, appearing on the pages of the Site are the exclusive property of Touch Media. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, of the content as well as any extraction, even partial, of the databases of the Site on any medium or by any process whatsoever is prohibited. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement likely to engage the civil and criminal liability of the infringer or the User.

Unless otherwise stated, the company names, logos, products and brands mentioned in the Site are registered trademarks of Touch Media. Any reproduction in whole or in part of these trademarks and logos for any purpose whatsoever, and in particular for advertising or commercial purposes, made from elements of the Site without the prior written consent of the owner of the trademark is prohibited, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 154 and 155 of Law No. 17-97 of February 15, 2000 on the Protection of Industrial Property (as amended and supplemented by Law No. 31-05 and Law No. 23-13).

Protection of personal data

The personal data that Leadiful collects are exclusively intended for entities in charge of internal communication, external communication, subsidiaries and partners of Touch Media and / or any organization or authority entitled to receive such data under a legal or regulatory obligation to allow the User to enjoy the services offered by the Site.

In the event of litigation relating to the interpretation or the execution of the Site, the legal mentions, and or the Charter of Confidentiality, the Moroccan courts are only qualified, except imperative legal provision contrary.
